what you need
1/2 head romaine lettuce, sliced into strips
1 small cucumber, diced
1/3 block fresh feta cheese, crumbled
4 green onions, diced
1 bunch of dill, coarsely chopped
juice from half a lemon
1/3 cup good olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
how to make it
Add your romaine lettuce, diced cucumber, feta cheese, green onions, and dill to a large solid bowl.
Mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper together together well.
